(About)

Are you a designer whose journey is just getting started? Then buckle up because this fellowship is crafted just for you. We’re looking for creative, digital designers who are ready to push boundaries and invest in their soft skills, not just their tech toolbox.

This isn’t your typical design program for learning the nitty-gritty of a design software. Nah! No one's teaching you how to be great at Figma or After Effects here. This is for early-stage designers who are ready to boost their careers/skills beyond technical expertise. We'll skip the software drills (because we expect you already know the fundamentals of your craft) and dive straight into leveling up your soft and business skills. How do you find clients? What do you charge? How do you talk about your work without feeling shy? How do you make make a change socially doing what you love? That's what this fellowship teaches. The stuff nobody else tells you.

Application deadline: March 23, 2026
Fellowship start date: Mid April - Early May, 2026

(Frequently Asked Questions)

What is the Grohwie Design Fellowship?

Our fellowship is a structured business and soft skills-building program for emerging creative talents. Participants work alongside our team, build their portfolios, learn from international experts and develop the strategic and powerful foundations for a professional creative career. Many emerging designers know how to design but haven't yet figured out the business side. So we teach how to get clients, charge fairly, show up online, and build a creative career or business, not just a skill.
